Dietech - New Login Process

Starting July 20th, 2022, when you download an updated version of Dietech from www.psisupport.com there will be a new login process.  

You will notice that the password field is no longer visible on the login screen. 

Get started by entering in the email address that you use for Dietech and click Login.



If this is the first time you have logged in, you will be prompted to enter in your password.  Enter in your password and click Login again.



You are now redirected to a website where you will need to enter in both your email address and password one more time.  After entering in your password click Sign In.  Check Remember me to save your email.  



After you successfully sign in, Dietech will launch.  You can close the browser tab if it remains open.  

Subsequent logins will not require you to enter in your email address or password multiple times.
